How to submit a request

1. Send an email to the privacy contact shown below.
2. Use the subject line “Nondiq data deletion request”.
3. Include the broker name, registered mobile number, account email if applicable, and business name needed to locate the account.
4. State whether the request concerns specific records or the entire account.

Do not include OTPs, session values, Meta access tokens, App Secrets, webhook secrets, or unnecessary buyer or seller conversation content in the request.

Verification and processing

Nondiq may ask the requester to verify control of the registered account or mobile number before acting. After verification, the request will be reviewed, the relevant account and tenant-scoped records will be identified, and the requester will be informed of the next steps. No fixed response or completion deadline is promised on this page.

Some information may need to be retained where reasonably required for legal obligations, security, fraud prevention, dispute handling, or protection of other users. Any retained information should remain limited to that purpose.

WhatsApp-related information

Disconnecting or deleting a Nondiq integration stops its trusted WhatsApp tenant route but does not itself delete the broker's WhatsApp or Meta account. A complete Nondiq account deletion request may include retained eligible business communications and connection records, subject to the verification and retention considerations above.

Content classified as Private or Not Business is removed from normal CRM memory. Future excluded content is minimized or discarded. Limited technical metadata may remain temporarily for deduplication, security, and audit according to configured retention.
