Terms of Service

1. Service

Nondiq is owned and operated by Abhijit Tanaji Mali, sole proprietor, India.

Nondiq provides business-memory and CRM tools for independent real-estate brokers, including contact and property records, requirements, follow-ups, matching, site visits, deals, commission tracking, and supported business communication records.

2. Your account and information

You are responsible for keeping account access secure and for the accuracy, relevance, and lawful use of information you enter or connect. You must have appropriate authority or a lawful basis to process buyer, seller, property-owner, and other business-contact data and to connect any communication account used with Nondiq.

3. Third-party services

Some functionality may depend on third-party services such as Meta and WhatsApp. Their services remain governed by their own terms, policies, availability, eligibility, and technical limits. Nondiq does not control those third-party services.

4. Acceptable use

You must not use Nondiq to:

• break applicable law or another person's privacy, intellectual-property, or other rights;
• send spam, deceptive communications, harassment, or unauthorized marketing;
• upload malicious code or attempt to bypass authentication, tenant isolation, or security;
• access another broker's account or data without authorization; or
• misuse Meta, WhatsApp, or other connected services contrary to their requirements.

5. Changes, suspension, and termination

The service may change as it is developed. Access may be limited, suspended, or terminated where reasonably necessary for security, misuse, legal compliance, service protection, or discontinued operation. Account holders may request closure and deletion through the published data-deletion process.

6. Intellectual property

Nondiq and its software, branding, and original service materials remain the property of their respective owner or licensors. Users retain their rights in information they lawfully provide and grant the limited permission needed to process it for operating the service.

7. Availability and responsibility

Nondiq is being developed and may experience interruptions, errors, or changes. Brokers remain responsible for professional decisions, communications, property information, negotiations, statutory duties, and maintaining any records independently required by law. To the extent permitted by applicable law, responsibility for indirect or consequential loss should be limited; the final commercial allocation of liability requires legal review.
